The Transportation Research, Education and Technology Transfer Services ITQ allows vendors to qualify for future participation in Request for Quotes (RFQ's) to provide services to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). All suppliers must be registered in the PA Supplier Portal prior to registering in JAGGAER.
