Thermoform PVC Pipe Liner Install

This solicitation is for a qualified and accredited contractor to furnish and install Thermoform PVC Pipe Liner in Franklin County. -This procurement is set aside for bid and award to small businesses only. -All bidders must submit bids electronically through the PA Supplier Portal: www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. -If you experience difficulty with the bidding, please contact the Supplier Service Center at (877) 435-7363 and choose option #1. -No mailed bids will be accepted. -All line items must be bid, or your bid will be considered void. -The Purchase Order awarded from this solicitation will be valid through June 1, 2027, with no renewals. -The Commonwealth reserves the right, upon notice to the Contractor, to extend any single term of the Contract for up to three (3) months upon the same terms and conditions. -Bids will be publicly opened and read virtually via Microsoft Teams on 7/28/26 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
