Tents Rental for Alphabet Trail and Tales

The City of Pittsburgh, Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Parks & Recreation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms for rental service provider to supply tents for the upcoming Alphabet Trail and Tales event, scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026 . Event setup is expected to take place on Wednesday, September 23 , and removal is expected on Sunday, September 27. Bids not to exceed $30,000.
