SWIF Vocational Rehab Services

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is seeking qualified Contractors with the experience, background, certifications, and services at competitive prices while ensuring that agency requirements are met in compliance with all regulations of The Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act, specifically Title 34, PA Code Section 123.201 which allows Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation insurers to maintain or provide vocational rehabilitation services. DLI is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide [ITQ] Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Those Contractors that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for various types of [list the services/materials] to Commonwealth agencies and Local Public Procurement Units. Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous. Suppliers are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements. To access the JAGGAER portal: https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=CommonwealthPA. QUALIFICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
