SWIF Security Surveillance Services

The purpose of the SWIF-Security Surveillance Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractor(s) to perform the requirements of the Department of Labor & Industry State Workers’ Insurance Fund (SWIF) for Activities Checks/Surveillance Services, Testimony and Background Checks / Records Research. The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is seeking qualified Contractor(s) to provide expert, comprehensive Activities Checks/Surveillance, Testimony and Background Checks / Records Research services to determine if a claimant’s activities are consistent with his/her purported disability, and whether the claimant is engaging in unreported employment. DLI is soliciting Contractors to submit qualifications for the statewide [ITQ] Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Those Contractors that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and will be eligible to respond to Request for Quotes (RFQ) for various types of [list the services/materials] to Commonwealth agencies and Local Public Procurement Units. Suppliers must register as a PA Supplier and receive a vendor number. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous. Suppliers are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
