Supply of X-Ray Screening System

The contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, configure, test, and place into operation one (1) X-Ray Screening System at PhilaPort's designated facility. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, transportation, startup assistance, and training necessary for a complete and operational installation. Installation location is PhilaPort Cruise Terminal located at 4 Atlantic Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19153. Questions Due: November 10, 2026, 10:00AM Questions must be sent to procurement@philaport.com Bid Submission Deadline: December 2, 2026, 10:00AM -submitted electronically in Bonfire Project Portal. Public Bid Opening: December 2, 2026, 11:30 AM- Microsoft Teams link will be provided in the Bonfire Project Portal. All project Addenda will be uploaded to the Bonfire project portal.
