Ready Mixed Concrete and Cement/Concrete Products

The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Suppliers to submit qualifications for a statewide Ready Mixed Concrete and Cement/Concrete Products Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Suppliers that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to a Request for Quotes (RFQ). First, if they have not already done so, Suppliers should be registered as a PA Supplier and receive a supplier number. Suppliers can register at: https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous Suppliers are also required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal and select one or both of the Commodity Codes: 30111505-ITQ-270 (Ready Mixed Concrete); 30111500-ITQ-271 (Cement/Concrete Products) Please click here to view a complete list of ITQ solicitations.
