Purchase of Leased/Rented Used Vehicles ITQ

The purpose of this for the Purchase of Used Rental/Lease Vehicles ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to be able to sell used rental and lease sedans, SUV’s, light duty and medium duty pickup trucks, cargo and passenger vans, and box trucks to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Agencies”) when it is financially advantageous in lieu of new vehicle purchases. First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit vendor number.
