PSP BESO SERT Rifle Systems and Accessories

The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure rifle systems and accessories as defined in the attached specifications document. This is a no substitute solicitation. Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.gov no later than August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us The Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form (GSPUR-89) and Worker Protection and Investment form (BOP-2201) provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. All state and federal licensure requirements per the specifications document must be uploaded with bid submission. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMartketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.
