Less Lethal & Duty Gear ITQ Contract

The purpose of this Less Lethal & Duty Gear ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide Less Lethal Tactical Weapons, Equipment, Accessories, Supplies, and Duty Gear for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document. This ITQ Contract is open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and authorized resellers and distributors for qualification. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at click here Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
