Ignition Interlock Program

PennDOT is seeking a contract to provide statewide Quality Assurance and Technical Expertise for the Ignition Interlock Program. The Selected Offeror will be required to conduct site visits to Ignition Interlock installation locations, complete Interlock device testing, provide training to stakeholders, and conduct client data log reviews. The Selected Offeror will be an expert on the Pennsylvania Ignition Interlock Specification and a resource for questions related to the entire Interlock process. This procurement is either under the $250,000 threshold for setting SDB and VBE Participation goals, or the Issuing Office and BDISBO have determined that the SDB and/or VBE participation opportunities for the scope of work for this procurement are de minimis.
