Expired Restaurant Liquor License Excess Auction

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is accepting bids for the rights to file transfer applications for certain expired restaurant liquor licenses that have not received bids during a previous auction as set forth in this Invitation for Bids #260380 (IFB) and in conformity with Section 470.3(l) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. 47 P.S. § 4-470.3(l).
