Energy Supply and Management Services

The purpose of the Energy Supply and Management Services ITQ is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to provide various energy supply and energy management services to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, Local Public Procurement Units, as defined by the Commonwealth Procurement Code, may use this contract in accordance with the COSTARS Provision contained in this document. If you are already registered as a Supplier on the existing Energy ITQ you can simply use your current registration and update it for our new Energy Commodity Codes. Please do not create a second account. First, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and receive a six-digit PA vendor number if never having done business with the Commonwealth previously. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at click here . Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our PA JAGGAER Portal to complete qualification requirements.
