Courier Services

The purpose of this Courier Services ITQ Contract is to qualify responsible and responsive Contractors to perform pre-defined, as-needed, and emergency (on-demand) courier services by picking-up and delivering shipments for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania agencies and users of this Contract. Services are needed in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania. Contractors will be required to identify which of the 67 counties in Pennsylvania they will be able to provide service. Suppliers will register in the PA Supplier Portal at click here Lastly, suppliers are required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal to complete qualification requirements.
