1400, PAOAG Physical Exams

Provide pre-employment and annual physical examinations for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General to determine whether the applicant or employee is able to perform the essential job functions of a PAOAG Agent position. All questions regarding the contract or bidding procedures should be directed to Erin Webster, via email at ewebster@attorneygeneral.gov. Service Period: December 20, 2026, through December 19, 2027, with four one year optional renewals. RFX: 6100066981 Please complete and review all attachments. All quantities are estimated and the PAOAG will only pay for actual. A miscellaneous line will be added after award for any additional testing, if needed to confirm an applicant or employee is able to perform the essential job functions. All billing MUST going through the purchase order. Contractor and Subcontractor are not to bill the applicant or employee for any testing.
