The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) on behalf of the Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) located at the Hiram G Andrews Center (HGAC), located at 727 Goucher Street, Johnstown, PA 15905 is seeking to award contracts for Perishable Bread and Bakery Food Products. This is a multi-award bid-contracts will be awarded to all responsive and responsible bidders. All bids must be submitted electronically via the PA Supplier Portal.
