This solicitation is for the procurement of Roland XG-640 Printer/Cutter for Correctional Industries Huntingdon, per the following attachments: Attachment 01: Statement of Work Attachment 02: Terms and Conditions Attachment 03: Reciprocal Limitations Act Attachment 04: Worker Protection & Investment Form Attachment 05: Electronic Response Requirement Award will be made to lowest responsible bidder based on total bid. All quantities are estimated, amounts may vary. Bidder must have the attached Reciprocal Limitations and Workers Protection & Investment Certification form filled out and attached to the bid. All items will be delivered F.O.B Destination. The awarded supplier is responsible for any shipping or delivery costs. Pursuant to Executive Order 2021-06, Worker Protection and Investment (October 21, 2021), the Commonwealth is responsible for ensuring that every Pennsylvania worker has a safe and healthy work environment, and the protections afforded them through labor laws. To that end, contractors and grantees of the Commonwealth must certify that they are in compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. Such certification shall be made through the Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form (BOP-2201) and the completed form must be submitted with the bid, proposal or quote.
