*** PLEASE FIND THE AMENDED SOLICITATION IN THE ATTACHMENTS *** The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Maritime Robotics (NCAGE: N6468) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a). The proposed acquisition is for annual service, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for the Otter Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs), hulls #47 and #116. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and contain a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The base Period of Performance is as follows: 30 September 2026 through 29 September 2027
