The vendor shall: - Pump out approximately 3,200 gallons of E85 gasoline. - Perform lockout/tagout procedures. - Remove ignition sources. - Open tank and perform monitoring and ventilation. - Transfer recoverable product. - Remove reachable solids. - Label, manifest, and transport E85 for recycling/disposal.
