TYCF PHD Dorm and Medical Dental Addition

This ITB is to establish a contract for the TYCF PHD Dorm and Medical Dental Addition for OYA. The Work, includes, but not limited to: Construction of new dormitories and clinic facility at the Tillamook Youth Correctional Facility, plus renovation of selected portions of the existing building. The Project will be performed in phases. The existing dormitories will remain occupied during construction, will be demolished once the new construction is completed. See Attachments B and C of this ITB.
