Trauma Hospital Surveyor

The Oregon Department of Human Services, Public Health Division, Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Trauma Systems (hereinafter OHA) seeks Emergency Physicians, Trauma Surgeons, General Surgeons, and Nurses with expertise in Trauma Program Management to conduct Site Reviews and Focused Reviews of Oregon Hospitals to collect information necessary to determine compliance with Oregon?s trauma system statutes and rules.
