NOTICE ONLY- UPCOMING RFQ FOR BIRTH THROUGH FIVE LITERACY PRORAM EVALUATION SERVICES

Our agency is interested in conducting an evaluation of the Birth through 5 Literacy plan which is grounded in the goals of the Early Literacy Success Initiative (2023 HB 3198). We are actively working towards identifying an external research partner who could support us in developing & executing an evaluation for part of this plan by June 30th, 2027. In particular, our agency is interested in evaluating how "Families and caregivers are engaged in children's literacy development".
