Cascade Locks Electric Distribution EDA Hardening Project, located in the City of Cascade Locks, OR near where NW Forest Lane crosses Interstate 84. The project includes upgrading of the Cascade Locks Substation, hardening of the 13.8kV distribution circuit across I-84, construction of an underground route for the 13.8kV distribution circuit, rebuilding of the 13.8-kV distribution circuit along NW Forest Lane, and interconnection with the existing 13.8kV distribution circuits.
