I-84: Emigrant Hill WIM Site Repaving Project

Project involves replacing the existing weight-in motion (WIM) detection on I-84 at MP 227.54 WB and requires a full depth continually reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) repair; in order to isolate the work area, the median concrete barrier will be broken to facilitate two-way traffic on the Eastbound side of the interstate.
