EWEB RFP 26-123-PSC STEP 1_Markets+

EWEB requests proposals from experienced System Integrators with demonstrated expertise in supporting electricity utilities transitioning toward participation in organized wholesale electricity markets. This includes experience in developing and implementing energy management systems (EMS), market management systems (MMS), financial settlement systems, and overall utility system integration. Step 1 of this RFP will be used to determine which Proposers meet all Minimum Requirements.
