Engineering for mechanical system replacement design in compliance with PCEF at Parklane and OMS.

Provide design and services for the design, procurement assistance, and construction adminstration of replacement mechanical system at the campus that includes both Parklane Elementary and Oliver MIddle School w/the expectation that the design shall be similar to that currently in construciton at Powell Butte Elementary. The design shall be compliant w/the requirements of the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF) which is providing the funding for this work.
