2026 Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services for Capital Project Services

The work shall consist of geotechnical and material sampling, testing, inspection, and laboratory analysis as well as related report preparation and calculations. The County will issue multiple contracts based on this solicitation. The work shall be accomplished as directed by the Principal Engineer or representative and in conformance with the applicable provisions of the construction contract under which the work is done and the current standards of the following publications: Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction Manual with memorandums and notices, ODOT Manual of Field Test Procedures, ODOT Laboratory Manual of Test Procedures, ODOT Standard Specification for Highway Construction, American Public Works Association (APWA) Standard Specifications, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Standards and Test Procedures, Western Alliance for Quality Transportation Construction (WAQTC) Test Procedures, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards and Test Procedures, and other standards as applicable.
