This amendment is issued to provide details regarding the date, time, location, and access procedures for the site visit and to facilitate industry engagement by allowing prospective offerors to observe existing site conditions, review project requirements, and submit questions or requests for clarification prior to proposal submission. Attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure offerors are fully informed of the conditions and requirements associated with this acquisition. THIRD: All other terms and conditions remain the same.
