MARKET SURVEY FOR ACQUISITION OF 4 EA SYSTEL MANUFACTURED MISSION PROCESSORS, PART NUMBER RC4600D-JHU-01, AND 1 EA SYSTEL MANUFACTURED MISSION WORKSTATION, PART NUMBER RC2200DH-JHU-01. RESPONSES TO THIS MARKET SURVEY WILL BE USED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SCREENING INFORMATION REQUEST OR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OF ANY KIND. AT THIS TIME THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) IS NOT SEEKING NOR ACCEPTING UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS. At this time the nature of the competition has not been determined. The FAA is seeking interest from the small business community for possible set-aside of all or part of the procurement. Responses are desired from any/all eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses or eligible socially and economically disadvantaged businesses that are certified by the SBA for participation in the SBA's 8(a) Program. FAA anticipates that any resultant contract will be a Fixed-Price contract. The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from industry to provide the required servers with applicable warranty. This market survey is also being conducted to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate competition is available. The scope of work consists of providing a workstation and processors with the following specifications: 4 each Systel Mission Processor Part Number: RC4600D-JHU-01 Specifications: RC 4U, 22.5', X14DBI-T, (2) Xeon 6736P, (2) 4500 Blackwell 4 port 10Gbe NIC, DTA-2178 1 each Systel Mission Workstation Part Number: RC2200DH-JHU-01 Specifications: RC 2U, 19", X14DBI-T, (2) Xeon 6736P, 4500 Blackwell, (4) NVMe Carrier, (4) SATA Carrier The nature of the competition remains undecided; options include full and open competition or potential set-asides for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) certified firms. This survey will assess the level of interest and capability among eligible firms.
