DOC Keysight Test Equipment

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 142082-26-0233 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), to replace several obsolete and defective diagnostic instruments (test equipment) used to support the operational radar readiness, maintenance and repair associated with the WSR-88D NEXRAD radar, for the National Weather Service (NWS), Radar Operation Center (ROC). VENDORS MUST BE AN AUTHORIZED KEYSIGHT RESELLER. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond via email per the RFQ package and instructions (including electronic pricing format).
