Description
Only the MAC BOA Holder GCs that attended Site Visit on 14 May 2026 will be able to continue forward toward the award. Updated 22 June 2026 Description of update: Solicitation Amendment FA813726R00250004 has been posted to the Attachments/Links section, extending the proposal due date to July 02, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time and to also correct the Titles for CLIN 0001 & 0002. Additionally, the Pre-Bid Revised RFI Govt Response, updated drawings (IFC_Drawings), and the IFC Rev1 Design Analysis have been uploaded and are now available in the Attachments/Links. Only the MAC BOA Holder GCs that attended Site Visit on 14 May 2026 will be able to continue forward toward the award. Updated 12 June 2026 Description of update: Solicitation Amendment FA813726R00250003 has been posted to the Attachments/Links section, extending the proposal due date to June 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. Additionally, updated drawings (IFC_Drawings) have been uploaded and are now available in the Attachments/Links section. Please note that the Government’s revised responses to the Pre-Bid RFIs are currently being finalized. We are researching the answer to one final outstanding question and will upload the Revised RFI Govt Response as soon as possible. Only the MAC BOA Holder GCs that attended Site Visit on 14 May 2026 will be able to continue forward toward the award. Updated 08 June 2026 Description of update: The Government's responses to the Pre-Bid RFIs have been posted in the Attachments/Links section, along with Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 (referenced in the RFI responses). Question #13 remains under evaluation and will be published as soon as possible. Additionally, a Solicitation Amendment (FA813726R00250002) has been created and added to the Attchments/Links to extend the proposal due date to June 19, 2026 at 12:00pm Central Time. Updated 03 June 2026 Description of update: Project RFIs are still being researched for Government responses. Due to the unknown date to post the RFIs the current proposal due date will be extended with a solicitation amendment when the RFIs are posted. Updated 02 June 2026 Description of update: The IFC Final Specifications Information have been uploaded and are now available in the Attachments section. Updated 28 May 2026 Description of update: This solicitation has been amended to incorporate Clause 52.228-1. Additionally, the IFC Specifications and As-Built Information have been uploaded and are now available in the Attachments section. The proposal due date remains unchanged: 06/12/2026. Important Note: Contractors experiencing technical issues accessing the IFC Specifications must notify the Contracting Specialist immediately via email to ensure timely resolution. Updated 14 May 2026 Description of update: All Requests for Information (RFIs) from eligible attendees must be submitted via email to the Contracting Points of Contact no later than 21 May 2026 at 5:00 PM CST. The final Solicitation - Request for Proposal (RFP) is still in draft and will be posted as an amendment to this notice once it is finalized. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. Project Solicitation Number: FA813726R0025 Project Title: WWYK200051 Replace Switchgear, Bldg 1 Project Location: Tinker AFB - BUILDING 1. Replace the 3000amp 208Volt switchgear in the center of building 1. There is a 3000amp main and two 600amp feeder breakers. The estimated project value is below $25M and is restricted to SB MAC BOA holders only. Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission. In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to. Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. Currently, the Solicitation – Request for Proposal (RFP) is in the draft stage and will be posted once available. This posting is for Tinker AFB - MAC BOA Holders ONLY. After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ***** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor. After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated. Current date/time for Initial Site Visit is set for Thursday May 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time. The location instructions and directions are in the attachments for the Initial Site Visit. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
