Convert drip irrigation to spray and fix any existing irrigation issues. Remove all burford holly that between the junipers in south island bed and replace with 75 - 7 gallon sunshine ligustrum. Add 200 tons of larger Oklahoma river rock to replace pea gravel bed areas to match existing beds. Add 1 - 2.5" weep blue atlas cedar to the left of front entrance. Provide 1 10 wheeler load of rich mix top soil. Onsite meeting is mandatory to submit bid. Scheduled for 7/7/2026 at 10:30am.
