Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for Reduced Gravity Modification of 737-73W Aircraft contract is provided as attachment to this posting. The services include feasibility assessment, maintenance, modifications, and painting required for the Reduced Gravity Test Bed Project in support of the agency need for performing validation testing on Space Suits in support of the Artemis program.
