CHICKASAW NATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF INTENT The Chickasaw Nation Department of Community Services Road’s Department is Inviting American Native Owned Companies to submit a Statement of Intent to bid on the following Project: State Street in Ada, Ok. Project is 0.3 miles long, remove existing asphalt street and replace with P.C. Concrete Pavement with drainage improvements. The Statement of Intent is to include the Company Name, Address, Phone Number, and email, with proof of Indian Ownership. Send Statement of Intents to the Chickasaw Nation Department of Community Services Attn: Tribal Procurement Office at 111 Rosedale Road or PO Box 788, Ada, OK 74821, (580)421-8875 or email to HousingProcurement@chickasaw.net. The Tribal Procurement Office will accept the Statements of Intent until 12:00 pm on September 4, 2026.
