AV Equipment Service and Maintenance

The Chickasaw Nation Emergency Operations Facility (EOF) houses a multi-component audio/visual and video wall system used for emergency management operations, briefings, meetings, and multi-party video conferences, including during Oklahoma storm season. The Chickasaw Nation is now seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide ongoing service and maintenance coverage for the system, effective as soon as practicable.
