The United States Coast Guard recruiting Command is seeking to lease a min of 2500 rentable square feet retail and a max of 3500 sq ft unit with the following criteria Facility suitable for 10 USCG personnel to operate a Coast Guard Recruiting Office Station, with bare minimum of 3000 square feet of space, preferably located in a retail shopping strip 1.Storage & Kitchenette or the ability to add 2.Unit must have a back door Exit that leads to the outside 3.Landlord must agree to register their entity in SAM.gov for payments made by Coast Guard.
