Janitorial Services - Dayton VA Medical Center

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate updated Department of Labor Wage Determination 2015‑4731, Revision 31, dated August 13, 2026, into the solicitation. The Wage Determination revision occurred prior to the solicitation closing date. Under FAR 22.404‑12(c)(1), when a wage determination is revised before the closing date, the Contracting Officer is required to amend the solicitation and allow all offerors an opportunity to revise their pricing.
