Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Antenna Refurbishment

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Action: The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 / FAR 13.106-1(b) for the inspection, overhaul, refurbishment, and testing of government-owned satellite terminal antennas. Requirement: Work must meet OEM technical specifications. The Government does not own the proprietary data, software, or tooling required to compete this effort. Responses: Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating authorized OEM repair capabilities. Submissions will be used solely to determine if a competitive procurement can be conducted. Please see attached JA and BoM for specifications.
