J&A for Ceiling Increase to Repair Mechanical Systems IDIQ

The Repair Mechanical Systems IDIQ provides critical mechanical construction support to 120 distinct organizations across Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Due to expanded Civil Engineering (CE) requirements, the ceiling will be reached much sooner than anticipated (See J&A for additional details). In accordance with an approved J&A, dated 20 August 2026, referencing FAR 6.103-1 "Only One Responsible Source", bilateral modification FA8601-24-D-0003 P00005 increases the contract ceiling from $24.9M to $44.9M, an increase of $20M.
