J&A for Ceiling Increase to Repair Electrical Systems IDIQ

The Repair Electrical Systems IDIQ provides critical electrical construction support to 120 distinct organizations across Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB). Due to expanded Civil Engineering (CE) requirements, the ceiling will be reached much sooner than anticipated (See J&A for additional details). In accordance with an approved J&A, dated 14 August 2026, referencing FAR 6.103-1 "Only One Responsible Source", bilateral modification FA8601-24-D-0006 P00005 increases the contract ceiling from $9.9M to $15.9M, an increase of $6M.
