(ABOA): 17,413 Space Type: Office, lab , industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 39 including 4 oversized spaces for trailers Parking Spaces (Surface): 39 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 39 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: 4,000 square foot secured wareyard Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 1-PERCENT-ANNUAL-CHANCE floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain) unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
