Transit Hub Interior Renovations

Scope will include renovation of existing administrative areas, including reconfiguration of interior spaces to support operational needs. Work includes replacement of deteriorated interior finishes, HVAC systems, and electrical components within the renovation area. Underutilized spaces will be refinished and prepared as shell spaces for future tenants. The existing sprinkler system will be modified to include the first-floor business areas.
