Southwest/Census Tract 51/Franklinton Community Plan

The City of Columbus (“City”) Department of Neighborhoods is seeking proposals from well-qualified individuals, firms, or multi-disciplinary teams (“Proposer”) to develop a comprehensive community plan for the Southwest and Franklinton areas of Columbus, Ohio. The final plan will serve as a strategic framework for the stabilization, equitable improvement, and future development of these priority areas. The City intends to select one prime project team to conduct the entire Scope of Work. However, the City reserves the right to divide the work into multiple sequential contracts if deemed necessary.
