Radio, CAD/AVL, & APC Maintenance and Repair

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) requires a qualified vendor to perform preventive maintenance and repair services to its Radio, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) and Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) systems for a five (5)-year term. These systems are critical to supporting safe, efficient, and reliable transit operations by enabling real-time communication, fleet management, and data collection.
