Peerless Pump Parts & Services UTC

1.1 Scope: It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division of Water to enter into a Universal Term Contract (UTC) for the purchase of OEM Peerless Pump Parts and Repair Services. These parts and services will be used at the Dublin Road Water Plant, Hap Cremean Water Plant and the Parsons Avenue Water Plant for water treatment processes. The proposed contract will be in effect from the date of execution by the City, to and including September 1, 2028. 1.2 Classification: The successful bidder will provide Services, repairs and delivery of Peerless Pumps. Bidders are asked to quote discounts off price list/catalog pricing. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of material and/or services as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. 1.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 4:00 pm Thursday August 13, 2026. Responses will be posted on the RFQ on Vendor Services no later than Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
