The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is receiving bids until October 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time for construction services for the Lateral Lining - Blueprint Clintonville 3 Project 1, CIP 650872-139001. Bids are to be submitted only through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies or emails will not be accepted. This project involves work for which consists of lining or rehabilitating approximately sanitary sewer service laterals, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, supplemental specifications, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB).
