1.0 SCOPE AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Scope: This proposal is to provide the City of Columbus with a Universal Term Contract to purchase remanufactured, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ink, and toner cartridges, and printer maintenance, to be used City wide. The City of Columbus may enter into one or more contracts. Offeror may propose one or both types of cartridges. Approximately ninety-five percent (95%) of all cartridges used annually are Hewlett Packard or compatible. The remaining purchases are for Brother, Cannon, Dell, Epson, Lexmark, Ricoh, and Xerox or compatible. The proposed contract(s) will be in effect through January 01, 2029. 1.2 Classification: The successful Offeror will provide and deliver ink and toner cartridges. Offeror are asked to quote discounts off price list or catalogues. Offeror are required to show experience in providing this type of material, and services as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The Offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and service for the past five years. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The Offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the Offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. 1.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 1:00 PM Thursday, August 06, 2026.
