Generator PM & On Call Services for COTA Facilities

COTA will procure a five-year agreement for preventive maintenance, load testing, diagnostic services, corrective repairs, and emergency response for six industrial diesel generators at the McKinley Avenue and Fields Avenue facilities. The agreement will run from December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2031. The contractor will perform manufacturer-standard quarterly, semiannual, and annual services; NFPA 110 operational checks; 100% load-bank testing; itemized reporting; and authorized corrective repairs. The contractor must be OEM-certified or authorized, provide 24/7/365 emergency dispatch with a two-hour technician-arrival requirement, and warranty service parts and labor for at least 90 days
