Description
The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is seeking a qualified executive coaching partner to provide leadership development services that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and improve organizational performance. The selected contractor will deliver individualized executive coaching, group coaching, leadership assessments, and development planning for leaders at all levels of the organization, including supervisors, managers, senior leaders, and executives. Coaching services will focus on strategic communication, delegation and empowerment, leadership confidence, organizational alignment, and accountability for measurable outcomes. The contractor will also provide assessment tools, 360-degree feedback reviews, development diagnostics, progress tracking, and aggregate reporting to support continuous leadership growth and alignment with COTA's strategic goals. The resulting program will help build a cohesive leadership culture capable of navigating operational complexity while supporting COTA's mission to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative mobility solutions.
