Emotron Parts & Services UTC

1.1 Scope: It is the intent of the City of Columbus, Division of Sewerage and Drainage to solicit formal bids for a Universal Term Contract for the purchase of Emotron Parts and Services for use by the Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plant. The equipment is used in the aeration process at the plant. The contract will be in effect to and including July 31, 2029. 1.2 Classification: This bid proposal and the resulting contract will provide for the purchase of Emotron Parts and Services. Items listed are considered items that willbe ordered more often from this contract. Bidders are being asked to quote on the items listed, hourly and overtime service rates and to submit a price list for items not specifically listed. No substitutes will be accepted. Direct replacement only. Bidders are required to show experience in providing this type of equipment as detailed in these specifications. 1.2.1 Bidder Experience: The offeror must submit an outline of its experience and work history in these types of materials and/or warranty service for the past five years. 1.2.2 Bidder References: The offeror shall have documented proven successful contracts from at least four customers that the offeror supports that are similar in scope, complexity, and cost to the requirements of this specification. 1.2.3 Specification Questions: Questions regarding this bid must be submitted on the Vendor Services portal by 4:00 pm Thursday July 23, 2026. Responses will be posted on the RFQ on Vendor Services no later than Thursday July 30, 2026 at 4:00 pm.
